SOLER ROMERO ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, is exclusively made of our family olive groves, located in Jaen, Andalusie (SPAIN), which belong to the family since 1850. Our mill situated in the middle of the land is only used for our olives, so total traceability is guaranteed. Once harvested, olives enter in the mill within only next two hours of being harvested. We control all the process, from cultivation to the packaging, also made in the same facility. It a cold extracted and unfiltered organic extra virgin olive oil. Fruity and sweet organic extra virgin olive oil with a light hint of pepper at the end. It has a very low acidity level (last lot: 0,11%) and high level of antioxidants.
