100% natural olive juice, exclusively made of our family olive groves, of the "picual" variety, with no additives or blends, and without filtering, so it preserves all its flavor and positive properties.

All our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are cold extracted, and with static natural decanting. This way, they preserve their aroma, flavor, natural antioxidants and vitamin complexes.
As a result of this production process, Soler Romero olive oil presents very low acidity level, specifically 0,11% in the last lot.

SOLER ROMERO's main aim is to obtain a top-quality and environment-friendly Extra Virgin Olive Oil, by properly using natural resources, without utilizing synthesis chemicals, whilst protecting biodiversity.

TRACEABILITY

SOLER ROMERO produces and bottles Extra Virgin Olive Oil just from its family farm, so we can guarantee our Extra Virgin Olive Oil traceability. We control all the process from the origin (organic farming of the olive grove) to the Virgin Olive oil production. This way we know, for each Extra Virgin Olive Oil lot produced, the olive grove area from which it comes, date of harvesting, time and conditions of the milling, as well as we have the chemical analysis and organoleptic tasting of each lot.
